How to Burn Fat

I can almost hear some of you saying “Oh man, another weight loss rip-off! Let me click on the ‘Back’ button.”
I feel you. I get you. Weight loss is a huge industry. And as with any big industry, opportunists (the bad ones) jump on the wagon and try to make a quick buck off the “newbies” and the desperate ones. You are right to be wary.
But then there is being wary, and being paranoid. If you are paranoid, you will probably click the ‘Back’ button right now. And then what next? You will do the exact same thing on every page that promises something that seems to be too good to be true. You will “go back”. Do this, and you will end up missing on something that might really be the solution you are looking for.
To avoid this, here is what I’m going to ask you. For the next few minutes, just read this page. You can still be wary (in fact, you should!), but keep the paranoia away. Deal? Cool  :-)

The Big Problem With Popular Diets
Put simply, they don’t work. More specifically, they don’t work for regular people like you and me.
Think I’m bluffing? Let me show you I’m not…
Do you know anyone who actually lost weight using a particular diet? I bet you do! Now tell me, do you know anyone else who has lost weight using that same diet? Chances are, you don’t. That person you know lost weight using the particular diet is the exception, not the norm. That person chose to commit (and it’s a good thing!), but most people don’t. I know I didn’t.
Here are the 2 main reasons why:

1. Too many specifics
Eat a slice of an apple. Really? A slice of an apple? What do I do with the remaining piece? Same issue with half a banana.
Plus, they expect you to weigh and measure everything. Inconvenient. Impractical.

2. No flexibility
I love cheesecake. Most diets prevent me from having it  :-(
And when I do decide to stay away from cheesecake, something else happens… Life. Social life. A birthday party (cake, fatty and yummy food, soda…) comes up. The colleagues decide to have a night out. I have a date on Saturday. Business lunch on Wednesday at 13:00 with the boss and a new potential client…etc etc.
The diet gets messed up…and I just give up. Sounds familiar? When I said I know how it all feels like, I meant it; I really do.

The Big Problem With Cardio
Firstly, I don’t know about you, but I just hate it. But that’s probably just me, so we won’t address this particular issue here.
Here is the bigger issue. The fancy treadmill I use in my gym tells me that I burned 340 calories when I ran for 30 minutes. That’s less calories than what a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s contains! And I usually need 2 of those to make my stomach happy!
Cardio helps to burn calories, but it looks like unless you do it every single day (or for veeeeeeeryyy long), it might actually not be worth it from a ‘weight loss’ point of view. And since I don’t like it, I just give up.

What if you could lose weight
  • Without giving up on ice-cream or any junk food you like altogether
  • Without sacrificing your social life
  • Without having to measure everything before it enters your mouth
  • Without doing long hours of boring cardio
  • Without following any “too specific” diet
  • Without taking supplements
